Our services are subject to availability and depend on weather conditions. Services may undergo changes or may be canceled at our discretion.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

When reserving a yacht, you must:

  • Be 18 years old or above
  • Supply truthful and complete details
  • Make a deposit as outlined in your reservation confirmation
  • Comply with these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

A charter is only considered booked once payment is received and acknowledged by us in writing. We may refuse service at our sole discretion.

3.3 Availability

Charters are booked depending on the availability of vessels and favorable weather. Efforts will be made to honor your requested dates and times where possible.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

Prices are quoted in € and include taxes unless specified otherwise. Prices may change without prior notification.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: Half of the total cost of the charter due upon reservation
  • Remaining Balance: Payable 48 hours before the charter leaves
  • Additional expenses (if any): Payable after the charter ends

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept most credit cards, bank wire transfers, and certified checks. Our payment systems employ secure, encrypted technology.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • Earlier than 72 hours before the departure: Full reimbursement minus service charges
  • Between 24 and 72 hours before departure: 50% refund
  • Fewer than 24 hours before departure: No reimbursement provided

5.2 Weather Cancellations

In case the captain decides the weather conditions are unsafe, we will:

  • Offer to reschedule the charter to a new date at no extra fee
  • Issue a full refund when rescheduling isn't an option

5.3 Mechanical Issues

Should mechanical failures occur with the assigned yacht, we will endeavor to supply an equivalent alternative. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a complete refund.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All guests are required to:

  • Adhere to all directions given by the crew
  • Use the provided safety equipment as needed
  • Inform us of any health conditions that may impact their safety
  • Stay within the designated areas on the vessel

6.2 Prohibited Items

Items not allowed on board include:

  • Containers made of glass
  • Illegal substances
  • Weapons of any kind
  • Excess amounts of beverages (more than what is considered moderate consumption)
  • Animals (unless given prior approval)

6.3 Conduct

Guest behaviour must be respectful at all times. We reserve the right to end a charter early, with no refund, if guests engage in conduct that jeopardizes safety or interferes with other passengers' experiences.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

Our liability is restricted to the charter fee paid. We are not accountable for:

  • Injuries sustained due to passenger carelessness
  • The loss or damage of personal items
  • Indirect or punitive damages
  • Delays resulting from weather or situations out of our control

7.2 Insurance Coverage

Our comprehensive marine insurance covers our fleet and operations. Passengers are advised to arrange their own travel and personal insurance policies.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

By participating in our charter services, you understand that there are inherent risks in marine activities and you take responsibility for your own safety and security.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

Itinerary amendments, route changes, or schedule adjustments may occur due to weather, safety reasons, or operational demands. We'll make all efforts to provide comparable alternatives when changes are necessary.

9. Force Majeure

Delays, cancellations, or modifications caused by factors outside our control, such as:

  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Regulatory mandates
  • Closures of ports
  • Technical failures
