What does a typical yacht rental include?
The charter comes with a proficient crew, safety gear, fuel, and basic non-alcoholic drinks. Each service varies in what's included—for example, sunset trips come with high-quality refreshments and light snacks, while business charters offer facilities for meetings and tailored catering options.
How much time before should I make a reservation?
It’s best to book at least two to three weeks beforehand, and even earlier during the high season from May to September. For business gatherings and private festivities, securing your booking four to six weeks prior will ensure better availability and give time for personalizing your experience.
What is the procedure if the weather is bad?
Our primary concern is safety. Should our captain determine that weather conditions are dangerous, we will propose an alternative date for your booking or issue a complete refund. We keep an eye on the weather closely and will reach out to you if the forecasted conditions become a concern 24 hours before your planned departure.
Am I allowed to bring my own food and drinks?
Certainly, bringing your own refreshments is permitted. On the other hand, we provide exceptional catering services with customizable menu options. Please be aware that, for safety measures, we do not allow glass containers aboard.
Do you have yachts suitable for guests with limited mobility?
We make every effort to cater to all our guests. While some of our boats are more accommodating for those with mobility constraints, it's best to discuss any specific requirements during your reservation, and we will suggest the most appropriate yacht and make the necessary arrangements to ensure comfort and safety.
What are the terms for cancelling a booking?
If you cancel more than 72 hours prior to departure, you will receive a full refund. Those cancelling between 24 to 72 hours prior will obtain a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours before departure will not be refunded unless it is due to unsafe weather conditions or mechanical issues on our end.
